Getting my hands dirty in the name of art. Or at least getting them blue!
My name is Sarah Louise Brandon, however I prefer to go by Sarah, I have a great love for all things art,design,culture and heritage. I’m currently working on a number of design projects including my latest adventure : Quintessentially Eccentric, an online boutique in the initial stages of development producing handmade and one of a kind items of clothing, furniture, textiles and accessories. I’m hoping to launch my website next month.
I am trained as a Fine Artist, however I choose not to limit myself to this field, preferring to dabble in as many creative sectors as possible.
I have a strong sense of ethics, particularly in relation to environmentalism, consumerism and “Fast Fashion”, preferring quality over quantity. I have a great love of writing and I run a blog concerning ethical fashion which I try to update regularly, http://fashionwithethics.wordpress.com/
I enjoy both classical and modern music, depending of course on the social situation at the time, I regularly spend time hiking, running and playing squash, although not as much as I’d like, mostly due to the British weather.
